Data Sharing Approval

For this research, you are required to set up a user profile in the app by entering your study identification number and a password. The Canadian Migraine Tracker app will be used to track your headaches, including headache frequency, intensity, and medication use. Study staff will explain how to use the app to record information about your headaches. You will be required to record your headaches daily for a period of 4 weeks (baseline period) to allow us to assess your study eligibility. You must complete at least 80% of the headache diary during the baseline period in order to be eligible for the study.

The Canadian Migraine Tracker app will not ask for personal information (name, personal phone, email, date of birth). All the data you enter in the app will be shared with the Research Study Staff.
