Busy spinning icon remained after software maintenance

Following the June 5 2024 maintenance, some users reported they could not use the app because the busy icon keeps spinning.

Solution

Delete the app from your device and reinstall it for the App Store. This will not affect your data.

Extra Vyepti Injection Records

Last update : November 2, 2023

Adding new record of the following type: a menstruation, a migraine free day, a migraine attack, a new note, a new self-care practice, will also add a new Vyepti injection record on the same day. You can see this added Vyepti injection record with the needle icon in the calendar view.

Issue Start Date

Problem started on November 1, 2023 with release of app version 7.0.

Workaround

You can delete the invalid Vyepti record by going here:

Footer Menu -> List -> Injections.

Click on the X icon to delete the unwanted Vyepti injection records.
